Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA in Marketing with MBA degree is preferable from a reputed institution e.g Dhaka University, NSU, BRAC, East West University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PR, Communication and Networking:
∎ Planning, developing and implementing PR & Communication strategy formulation and execution of Gemcon Group.
∎ Supervise and lead the marketing team (consisting of PR, Digital and Graphic Designing personnel) in lieu with the Brand Standard and ensuring the meeting of objectives set by the management of Gemcon Group.
∎ Managing coverage of Gemcon Group's activities through PR (Online & offline).
∎ Providing design and direction for collateral, web, product packaging & other visual communications.
∎ Supervising and leading the marketing team (consisting of PR, Digital and Graphic Designing personnel) in lieu with the Brand Standard and ensuring the meeting of objectives set by the head of the department.
∎ Collecting success cases from field offices, cross functional team members and preparing content for newsletter, website, newspaper, social media circulation and sharing of published news with both online & offline channel.
∎ Researching, Planning and creating content for teasing, launch and post launch activities by proofreading all types of communication materials for both online and print content.
∎ Managing all PR and Communication for Trade shows/ Expos, Lit-Fest.
∎ Prepare and supervise the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films, and multimedia programs.
∎ Maintaining liaison with different Television Channels, Newspapers, PR Agencies, Magazines, Radio Channels, Associations, International Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Universities, etc.
∎ Brand Management:
∎ Developing Gemcon Group's brand strategy, brand activation, brand asset development & execute brand management plans by identify the brand-building areas.
∎ Set brand planning calendar, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes manages timelines and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
∎ Launch Gemcon Group's Brand campaigns and create buzz in the market with an objective to create the foremost organizational value in the market.
∎ Formulate brand strategy and ensure consistent implementation across communication touchpoints.
∎ Increase brand awareness and engagement in several Social Media platforms through Content Marketing to establish a brand identity for Gemcon Group.
∎ Leads the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, fan conventions, and other marketing vehicles. Supervise media mix for advertising campaigns, ensuring appropriate presence of each campaign.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: At least 3-7 years relevant experience in PR & Communication in a reputed organization. Female candidates possessing relevant experience will get preference.
