Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from any recognized university with Major in Accounting, Banking, AIS, MIS, Finance, Business Studies etc.
∎ Professional Degree : CA-CC/ICMAB Part Qualified/ACCA (1000 marks competed)
∎ CGPA : 3 or above
∎ 3rd Division/Class of CGPA under 3 cannot apply
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enhancing company portfolio services & business growth efficiently.
∎ Financial-Modeling for valuation, budgeting, forecasting and portfolio management.
∎ Able to execute smart trade using technical analysis.
∎ Stock-Market based news analysis and proper understanding on current scenario of the capital market.
∎ To have sound knowledge regarding trading rules & other concern regulatory in the capital market i.e, DSE, CSE, CDBL, BSEC, BB etc.
∎ Ensure all compliance of DSE, CSE & BSEC and any other regulatory concerns.
∎ Manage day to day trading activities in stock Market, placing buy orders, trading stocks and completing required paper works.
∎ Ensure annual business target or objectives and identify potential trading strategies & offer ideas to increase new clientele.
∎ Encompassing portfolio management services of the customers.
∎ Produce and share Daily Transection Report, Monthly Financial Report and Compliance Report.
∎ Complying with all rules and regulations of BSEC, DSE, CDBL and The Company.
∎ Monitoring margin loan exposure of the clients and ensuring exposure limit as per the company's policy.
∎ Monitoring margin call account.
∎ Undertake marketing efforts and procure business in portfolio management services.
∎ Attaining required target set by the management.
∎ Any other job assigns by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Age : Not over 35 years as on 30th November 2023
∎ Experience : At least 5 years in Merchants Bank/Brokerage
∎ Other: The candidate shall have to serve for a minimum period of 3 years in the Company.
∎ Non-experience cannot apply
∎ Highly Experience Candidate may relax Professional Degree
