  • Preferably 2 years Experience in technology platform planning and solution

  • Understanding platform product management basics

  • Moving fluently from understanding and strategy to developing initial concepts through implementation

  • Integrating APIs with Restful web service and Soap web service, and Sync and Async API interface modality

  • Analyzing business requirements and implementing technically

  • Preparing effective technical product documentation and presentation. 

  • Ideating new products/features through market and similar product study

  • Understanding Agile and Scrum methodologies properly

  • Interpersonally and effectively communicating

  • Presenting a technical concept to both technical and non-technical audiences capably

  • Maintaining proper communication with relevant technical teams

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Resolving conflicts skillfully



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Researching and recommending new features in line with organizational goals, with a strong command of enablement technology platforms

  • Ensuring the platform meets the needs of other systems and end users by pursuing a deep understanding of organizational goals      

  • Gather & analyze requirements/feedback from stakeholders, including internal teams, customers & partners      

  • Persistently examining the services from an end-user`s perspective to drive the complete experience, ensuring the customer experience is represented as a top priority throughout all stages of development     

  • Platform KPI monitoring & data analysis for optimization and identification new avenue for growth     

  • Prioritizing problems to solve, making trade-off decisions, and ultimately translating priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product peers

  • Ensuring cohesion across all product lines on the platform

  • Communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and perspectives      

  • Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to enable integrations via API, to improve and develop platform features. Effectively identify and manage cross-team dependencies     

  • Creating user guides in reference to any relevant platforms or delivery mechanisms      

  • Working on multiple projects in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment with meticulous, highly developed organizational skills     

  • Manage partnership with third-party vendors and developers to enhance the functionality & eco system of the platform
