∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the sample development team
∎ Must be able to:
∎ Develop Master Pattern, Grading, Fabric consumption and Marker Making using Winda or Lectra software. For all age groups, genders, tops, bottoms, jackets, etc.
∎ Keep records, analyze and problem solve in sample development
∎ Communicate with clients when needed.
∎ Coordinate with production team
∎ Do spot consumption and make manual patterns
∎ Maintain efficiency and minimize costs for department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must live in Savar/Hemayetpur, Mirpur, area
∎ Must have deep understanding and experience in Winda or Lectra.
∎ Must be familiar with Microsoft Office
∎ Must have decent fluency in English.
