• Minimum of 3 years of experience in resort management.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and resort management software.

Company Profile: Icon Care Resort (a concern of Icon Care Limited) is going to build an explicitly beautiful Resort with aesthetic and state-of-the-art facilities in Gazipur, Dhaka. Our Resort is currently seeking Asst. Manager, (Operations) who will be responsible for full operations with digital marketing of the project. This role will be critical in maintaining rigorous standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. The position will report to the Project Head of Icon Care Resort.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort, including the front desk, housekeeping, concierge, and maintenance staff;

• Ensure that guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience during their stay;

• Ensuring Zero Complaints from Customers

• Create and implement policies and procedures that promote efficiency and guest satisfaction

• Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure that the resort is profitable

• Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance.

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Communicate regularly with owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
