Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to do open- costing and sourcing independently.
∎ Coordination with Production, Quality, and Commercial Department.
∎ To deal with the Senior Buyers independently in fluent English for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Product development from Buyers sketch. Different fabrics & trims development.
∎ Communicating with Buyer for technical clarification, when required.
∎ Sample development with approved quality and maintain on time submission.
∎ Monitor and follow up daily production activities and help to resolve the issues.
∎ Follow up & Coordination with Production, Quality, and Commercial Department.
∎ Follow up on time shipments. Make proper T&A calendar.
∎ Make proper T&A calendar. Follow up sample house
∎ To arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for sampling and production.
∎ Keep liaison with Buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
∎ To act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipments of order.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Able to manage and handle multiple accounts at one time.
∎ Able to bring new business in. Volume Business: Primark , uniqlo
∎ Experienced handling in H&M , Gap , Walmart ,Inditex,
∎ Have knowledge on large scale US ,UK ,European retailers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Fluent in English both oral & written.
∎ Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Should have a strong analytical approach towards building business strategies and implantation.
∎ Good leadership qualities with excellent skills on training and skill imparting.
∎ Should have strong communication/negotiation skills.
∎ Should have sound knowledge across all kinds of Garments & Fabrics.
∎ Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge on wash.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Should have wide experience of handling US, & European buyers.

Salary: Negotiable
