∎ BBA/MBA Major in Marketing from any reputed institution.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Corporate Marketing, Marketing Strategies, Trade Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
∎ Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing activities.
∎ Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.
∎ Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
∎ Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
∎ Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
∎ Develop marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy.
∎ Act as the key liaison between product development and buyers.
∎ Plan and execute merchandising materials for retail visibility.
∎ Managing events/campaigns and activations.
∎ Creates written plans for new marketing initiatives, including budget allocation, message development, creative direction, target audiences, timelines, and/or other related issues.
∎ Direct and control staff in the implementation of branding activities and initiatives to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
∎ Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data to implement brand-planning changes as needed.
∎ Assist in the development of long-term brand strategy and implement short- to medium-term objectives in support of the strategy.
∎ Provide support to product marketing to develop customer propositions and marketing communications.
∎ Develops and designs proposals, advertisements, internal communication pieces, web pages, and/or other related collateral materials and participates and oversees the production of such materials by providing direction to applicable individuals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in Food & Beverage industry will get preference.
∎ Candidates must have depth knowledge on trade marketing related to Beverage sector.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong communications, good interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ Defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
∎ Excellent objective-setting and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Proper knowledge on MS office suite.
