Job Context:
∎ We are looking for smart, energetic, eligible, self-motivated & committed Individuals with strong leadership capabilities candidates for the post of Assistant Manager/ Manager (Sales & Marketing requiring the following qualification, experience, and skill & attributes).
∎ Job Location: Dhaka Head Office at Uttara.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable to communicating with the customer on marketing matters at all the levels and arrange meeting between upper management levels for final negotiation as required.
∎ Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, Promote the sales of our Machinery and provide sales support.
∎ Prospective candidates should have good experience in selling garments and textile machinery. Should achieve the sales target.
∎ Should keep updates on competitors products & capability of leadership & convincing skills.
∎ Maintain sales forecasting reports.
∎ Able to work under pressure and in a challenging environment.
∎ Must have excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills about the product.
∎ Candidates selected for appointment must agree to work for a minimum of 5 years from the date of joining.
∎ Prepare monthly & weekly reports and submit them to the concerned authority on a regular basis.
∎ Assume overall responsibility for developing & achieving the annual sales target for the organization.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as necessary.

∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing at Garment and textile machinery sector.
∎ The Applicants should have experience at least 5 year(s) at the garment and textile machinery company.
∎ Good written and spoken in Bangla and English.
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computers including Photoshop, MS Office Internet, and Email.
