Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth thus create sales leads and follow it up through different marketing efforts.
∎ Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
∎ Establish and maintaining relationships with major group & clients for future business.
∎ Assist department head to preparing the department budget as well as the hotel's overall sales goals and strategy.
∎ Participate with department head to conduct professional representative of the hotel at various industry tradeshows, conferences, and adhere to the guidelines of the budget and marketing plan.
∎ Participate to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance.
∎ Able to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.
∎ Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
∎ Assist department head & engage in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.
∎ Executes and supports the company's Customer Service Standards and property's Standards.
∎ Serves the customer with anticipation and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to the company.
∎ Positive & "Can do" attitude.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
∎ Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
∎ Leadership and team management skills.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
∎ Creativity and innovative thinking to develop unique marketing strategies.
∎ Result-oriented approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Salary:
