Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up new world class paper testing laboratory by old equipment's.
∎ Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment.
∎ Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards.
∎ Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
∎ Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products.
∎ Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct.
∎ Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards.
∎ Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems.
∎ Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements.
∎ Liaise with other managers and staff and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards.
∎ Make sure the product quality as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.
∎ Train and manage a team of quality control technicians.
∎ Formulate and establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.
∎ Review customer requirements and make sure they are met.
∎ Make sure that product quality meets international and national standards.
∎ Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
∎ Define quality procedures to conjunction with operation staff.
∎ Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports.
∎ Review policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.
