∎ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
∎ Oversee marketing budgets and manage allocation for maximum efficiency.
∎ Plan and execute advertising campaigns and promotions for product and service awareness.
∎ Lead and manage the daily operations of marketing activities, ensuring timely and effective execution.
∎ Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs, shaping new strategies.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and meet sales targets.
∎ Track and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet company goals.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key clients to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Mentor and guide junior team members, providing recommendations for training and development.
