Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 Years Bachelor/Master with Commerce/Business background (having no 3rd Division/Class in any academic record) with CA (Knowledge Level/Intermediate Level/PE-I)/CMA/CIA/CFA).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The mission of the ICCD is to provide a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and transparent governance processes. The scope of work in this Department is to determine whether FFIL's framework of risk management, control and governance processes, as designed and represented by management, is adequate and functioning in a manner to ensure:
∎ Appropriate identification of risk;
∎ Need-based interaction with the various governance groups;
∎ Significant financial, managerial and operational information in accurate, reliable and timely manner;
∎ Employees' actions in compliance with policies, standards, procedures, laws and regulations;
∎ Use of acquired resources economically, efficiently and adequately;
∎ Achievement of programs, plans and objectives;
∎ Fostering the quality and continuous improvement in the control process;
∎ Appropriate recognition and addressing of legislative and regulatory issues impacting the Company.
∎ Major responsibilities are but not limited to:
∎ Conducting Audit & Inspection to ensure implementation of the Compliance Program conforming Guidelines set by Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Maintaining current knowledge of Laws and Regulations, keeping well-informed of recent changes.
∎ Responding administrative inquiries related to compliance issues or audits.
∎ Preparation and submission of reports as per requirements.
∎ Constant follow-up on the resolutions of audit findings.
∎ Others, as and when assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Not more than 35 years as on November 10, 2023. Age limit may be relaxed for experienced candidate.
∎ 5 [five] years with at least 3 [three] years' experience in the Internal Control & Compliance Department of any Non-Bank Financial Institution.
∎ Effective written and oral communication skills with good typing speed in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, within agreed targets and time scales and deliver quality outcomes.
