• Age At least 25 years

• Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in Interlining Sales.

• Ability to identify market trends, analyze competitors, and develop effective sales strategies.

• Must have expertise in sales of Interlining, Pocketing, and Fabric (fabric experience optional)

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with garment manufacturers, buying offices, and sourcing teams.

• Promote and sell interlining to existing and potential customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within assigned territories.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.

• Provide technical and product support regarding interlining applications and product specifications.

• Conduct regular factory visits and customer meetings to understand customer requirements.

• Coordinate with merchandising, technical, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

• Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and competitor analysis.

• Monitor customer payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.

• Participate in presentations and promotional activities as required.

• Maintain updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market developments.
