Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation and Masters in any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ Minimum 5-8 Years of experience in Supply Chain Management/ Commercial/Procurement.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring digitalization of all regulatory activities through development of online platform.
∎ Taking care the operation of Self C&F activities at Chittagong, Benapole and Dhaka.
∎ Ensure releasing of capital machinery as per plant requirement
∎ Plant completion certificate from BUET
∎ Visit to all customs regularly and meet customs requirement
∎ Participate in the Custom Assessment Committee
∎ Ensure goods delivery abiding by Import Policy and SRO if applicable
∎ Preparing all the clearing bills, freight payments and third party C&F payment.
∎ HS Code determination
∎ Maintain clearing statement for all ports
∎ Dealings at BIDA, different Ministry, NBR, CCI&E, Customs, BUET, BCSIR, Dhaka University, BSTI, Bangladesh Bank, LC opening Bank for all business.
∎ Keep liaison with all stakeholders of NBC, Customs, VAT, CCI&E etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Technical understanding of all Commercial Department fundamentals, in all functional areas: planning, procurement of raw materials and packaging materials, inventory, logistics, etc.
∎ Clear understanding of external regulatory authorities (NBR, BIDA, BSTI, CEVT, CCI&E, Ministry of Commerce, BSCIC etc.)
∎ Proficient in MS Office package specially in MS Excel
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skill
∎ Planning skill
∎ Analytical Skill
