∎ Bachelors/Masters (Textiles / BBA / MBA) from any reputed Universities (Public Universities preferable). MBA or equivalent is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct research and update the progress to the country Manager regular basis.
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
∎ Conduct crisis analysis as and when required.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback to the office as and when asked.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
∎ Update activity to the country manager daily basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 5 years in relevant field.
∎ Area of Experience: Marketing/ Merchandising/ Business development/Strategic marketing in any reputed Garment multinational company/ Buying Houses / Textile / Garments
∎ proven working experience as a business development manager
∎ proven strong rapport with Garments Brands and Retailers (National and International)
∎ must have effective and strong relationship network with key person of Garment buying houses and brands
∎ Experience in customer support is a plus
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
∎ Proficiency in English
∎ Market knowledge and ability to research
∎ Communication and negotiation skills
∎ Ability to build rapport
∎ Time management and planning skills
