∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering from AUST, BUET, KUET, RUET

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Context:
∎ This is a position for a qualified Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with 5-6 years experience in the Maintenance Department of woven garments industry who can make CAD drawings & designs and especially very good in English.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hands-on Experience in Maintenance Works
∎ Machine management and technical support for spare parts purchase
∎ Maintenance of Sewing Machine, Generator, Boiler, Electrical Equipment, etc.
∎ Planning and implementation of floor layout
∎ Project planning and forecasting of related maintenance and utility requirement
∎ Forecasting new/rented machine requirement and related budget preparation
∎ Proactively ensure the maintenance of the machines and other utilities to ensure the world-class standard is maintained in manufacturing units.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6-7 years of experience of working in multinational garments factory using best in class technologies.
∎ Personnel who don't have experience in woven garments factory need not apply.
∎ High level of proficiency in Auto CAD drawing
∎ Hands-on experience of working towards Alliance or Accord requirement
∎ Excellent communication and IT skill
