- Incumbent should have excellent contacts and relation maintaining capability.
- A sophisticated personality and a proven track record of success in logistic related assignment is necessary for this position.
- Experienced in logistic management.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Land information collection for Land report/ vetting / opinion before signing the agreement such as: Land Use, Height Clearance, Road width or any other obligation. Has to know the ownership chain of land documents for free hold & Lease hold Lands.
- Mutation from RAJUK, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works, AC Land office along with the Foreign Ministry related works.
- Power of Attorney (POA) acceptance approval from RAJUK, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works along with Foreign POA attestation and authentication from Foreign Ministry & DC office.
- Land use permission/ TP Clearance, Estate Clearance, SPA/SPC from RAJUK.
- Demarcation, unification and construction permission from RAJUK, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works.
- NOC collection : SPA/SPC of RAJUK, CAAB, Fire Service & Civil Defense. ( If need : KPI, WASSA, Titas, Electricity, City Corporation, Traffic Police, DTCA, Environment etc)
- Occupancy Certificate obtaining.
- Registration process of Sub-registry office.
- Any other logistics related tusks given by the management/ superiors.
