Experience:
Minimum 5 years in training & development experience in RMG sector.
Strong knowledge of training methodologies and learning strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure training effectiveness.
Arrange and manage internal training programs in the respective plants.
Identify training needs and development areas for staff and associates.
Develop and implement a structured learning curriculum aligned with industry best practices in the RMG sector.
Conduct Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions for the plant.
Provide awareness training on company policies, regulations, and health & safety protocols.
Monitor and analyze training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Utilize both internal and external resources to enhance workforce development.
