Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years in training & development experience in RMG sector.

  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and learning strategies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure training effectiveness.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Arrange and manage internal training programs in the respective plants.

  • Identify training needs and development areas for staff and associates.

  • Develop and implement a structured learning curriculum aligned with industry best practices in the RMG sector.

  • Conduct Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions for the plant.

  • Provide awareness training on company policies, regulations, and health & safety protocols.

  • Monitor and analyze training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

  • Utilize both internal and external resources to enhance workforce development.
