Business development, Land Procurement, Legal
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting physically land location.
∎ Preparing revised proposals and present to Land owners.
∎ Preparing Draft Agreement & Power of Attorney for approval by Management.
∎ Preparing Draft Agreement & Power of Attorney for forwarding to Land owners.
∎ Fixing date and making prior arrangement for signing of agreement & POA .
∎ Receiving / checking land related documents from Landowners.
∎ Extending supports to Logistic Department for searching land, POA commissioning etc & others related issues.
∎ Providing land-related documents like land dimension, land address etc to Engineering Dept for preparing conceptual design.
∎ Receiving certified copy of Power of attorney registration of land owners and approved plan from Logistic dept.
∎ To draft plan approval by land owners.
∎ To prepare land owner's handing over of possession letters.
∎ To communicate with Law Consultant regarding various issues related to land disputes.
∎ Maintaining all land owners agreement, file, payment receipt etc. in proper way.
∎ Monitoring / supervision of LAND DEPARTMENT.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.

∎ Age at least 32 years
