Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ M.Sc. in technological field will be advantageous.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having knowledge certification in MCSE, MCP, CCNA, Oracle will be advantageous.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including Enterprise Server Infrastructure, Laptops, Operating Systems, Software Applications, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Network Infrastructure, Network Security and Firewall etc.
∎ Configure & Maintain Switching and routing (Static, RIP, VLAN, VTP, STP) in Layer 2, Layer 3 devices.
∎ Manage technology infrastructure and development plans, projects, policies and procedures.
∎ Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
∎ Managing Helpdesk and providing regular reports thereon.
∎ Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting and Administration of Domain Controller, DHCP, 0365, Web Server, File Server, Database Server (Oracle 11gx e).
