Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor degree in Computer science

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor NAS (Network Attached Storage)
∎ Plan, coordinate and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software and hardware
∎ Maintain logs related to network functions as well as keep record of maintenance and repair
∎ Configure and monitor NMS (Network Management System)
∎ Conduct regular system audits
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve all kinds of computer related issue.
∎ Provide onsite or remote support to the user as and when required.
∎ Read, write and execute firewalls, Razuna and EsXI servers.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive IT policy to establish cost effective IT system
∎ Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
∎ Coordinate with various vendors and personnel regarding IT procurement related issues
∎ Track, compile and analyze web site usage data.
∎ Document application and web site changes or change procedures.
∎ Set up or maintain monitoring tools on web servers or web sites.
∎ Test backup or recovery plans regularly and resolve any problems.
∎ Recommend web site improvements, and develop budgets to support recommendations

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
