Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with executive and business unit leaders to assess near- and long-term information needs.
∎ In conjunction with the IT Department, plan and implement changes to support the growth of Dysin operations.
∎ Continuous improvement, upgrade of ERP applications; develop user applications and BI capabilities
∎ Ensure alignment with accounting requirements and standards.
∎ Document the ERP system architecture, design, and layout, including protocols and standards used, as well as configuration Maintain System Integrity.
∎ Ensure efficacy of ERP-centric workflows that support engineering and business operational mission-critical data capture, management, and generation of operation related business intelligence.
∎ Design and deploy new workflows, applications and enhancements to existing Systems & Design and Production applications, software, and operating systems.
∎ Coordinate with other ERP users and provide oversight to anticipate potential problems or to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
∎ Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the ERP system in conjunction with guidance and direction from the MIS Manager Operational Management
∎ Facilitate ongoing efforts related to ERP integration with any other application\System.
∎ Create and optimize BOMs to enhance business flow and resource-leveling.
∎ Design, develop and generate ad-hoc and regular production\sales reports.
∎ Delegate user tasks and provide orientation and training to end-users for all modified and new systems.
∎ Work with the company MIS\IT Department as required to maintain the corporate integrated information system of which the ERP is a part.
∎ Work with the Systems & Design department and the Production department in managing the technical operations supported by the ERP
Additional Requirements:
∎ Understanding of typical business practices and fabrication processes (inventory management, logistics, scheduling, document management, Lab workflow management)
∎ Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
∎ Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
∎ Strong troubleshooting skills
∎ Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
∎ Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Software:
∎ Strong hands-on knowledge of PC operating systems
∎ Microsoft Office Suite specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
∎ Extensive experience with an ERP system (Infor Visual Manufacturing ERP an asset)
∎ Experience with CRM, ERP, PDM interoperability and BI platforms an asset.
∎ Previous experience in any ERP or Application Support - 05 years
∎ Must have experience with all facets of an ERP system - 3 years
