∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Experience in PC-based accounting software like Oracle.
∎ Must have experience in Shipping operations·
∎ Prepare different types of Audit reports.
∎ Strong analytical abilities, proactive, hard working & passion to grow.
∎ Good command in Oral and Written in English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Carry out the audit work according to the Audit Plan communicated from Head Office covering all the activities of the group, prioritizing the audit assignments based on a risk assessment.
∎ Analyzing exposure to financial and business risk and assessing the effectiveness of the control system that has been established within the Company.
∎ Work closely with the departments to help develop and improve the governance process, systems and controls by understanding the business and financial risk.
∎ Identify Loopholes, areas of cost reduction & process improvement, verify controls and revenue assurance.
∎ Ensure adequacy and effectiveness of the controls, the governance process, and the risk management process.
∎ Co-ordination with process owner for updated status of action plan.
∎ Verify compliance concerned with all departments with reference to company policy & statutory regulations.
∎ Document all audit evidence for future reference and for sharing with team members for lesson learnt.
∎ Perform special assignments as directed by senior Management.
