  • Preferred Human Resources Management – Diploma/ MBA /Masters.
  • Valid work experience as Assistant Manager - HRM is preferred, 6 Years work Experience at Core HR Work practically.
  • Hospital working experience is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop (If needed) and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the hospital and nursing college.
  • Recommended on HR-related matters, including organizational design, talent management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Forecast HR needs and develop plans to address staffing, talent, and skill gaps.
  • Lead change management initiatives related to HR policies and organizational restructuring.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and legal developments in HR, particularly within the healthcare and nursing college sectors.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

  • Oversee the full recruitment and resign life cycle for all hospital and nursing college positions, from entry-level to leadership roles.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies, including partnerships with nursing education institutions and professional organizations.
  • Design and manage robust onboarding programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration and high retention.
  • Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, Appreciation.
  • Identify training and development needs for staff across both entities and develop programs to enhance skills and career progression.
  • Manage succession planning initiatives for key positions.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct market research and participate in salary surveys to ensure compensation competitiveness.
  • Manage payroll processes Salary, Bonus, Overtime, attendance, Duty roster, Leave, Staff Income TAX, Medical Allowance, Uniform, Final settlement, Bank Account efficiently and accurately.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, other perks, medical, EPF and others benefits.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Implement employee recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Official memo, Meeting minutes, Farewell, Monthly report as requiredHR

Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee all HR operational processes, including HRIS management In
  • PMS Software, MS Excel, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Compliance with all local, national laws, including but not limited to, employment standards, health and safety regulations, and non-discrimination policies.Prepare and manage the HR budget.
  • Manage HR-related audits and ensure data integrity.

Nursing College Specific Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Principal of the Nursing College on faculty recruitment, retention, and development.
  • Address specific HR needs related to academic staff, clinical instructors, and student support staff.
  • Ensure HR policies align with accreditation standards for nursing education.
  • Manage intern/student placement HR processes within the hospital.
  • Any assigned duties from Management.
