Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in designing, planning and implementing project activities and campaigns aiming to achieve BANDHU goals.
∎ Ensure effective liaison and network within inter and intra organizations working on Gender based violence (GBV), Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and human rights issues and update the progress as instructed from line management.
∎ Enhance networking with Govt. including Law Enforcement Agencies, Human Rights Organizations, Civil Society Organizations to create access of the targeted community
∎ Organize meeting, seminar, workshop, capacity building training, rallies or any other relevant events in partnership or collaboration with other projects.
∎ Maintain proper records and documentation as per need
∎ Contribute to develop education and awareness materials (i.e. Booklet, leaflet, poster, sticker etc.) focusing the GBV, human rights of marginalized community
∎ Ability to campaign on GBV and protect the rights of Gender Diverse Community
∎ Assist in developing Annual Human Rights Violation Report of the organization in collaboration with Ain Alap/legal unit of Bandhu and ensure all kind of guidelines.
∎ Pro-active role to support to Sr. line management through review activity plan, working procedures, strategies revision as and when required.
∎ Develop annual action plan and arrange capacity building trainings through assessing the Training Need of the community.
∎ Regular contact with Bandhu Central M&E Unit and ensure quarterly data to track the project progress.
∎ Regular coordination with National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), National Legal Aid Services organization, District Legal aid committee etc. and hosting lobby meeting with respective organization as and when required.
∎ Ensure legal support and counselling through Bandhu’s legal unit to the community members as and when required.
∎ Solidarity visit to the victim's community if any incidence happens and produce fact finding reports with proper record and evidences
∎ Regular record keeping of rights of violation and produce quarterly report focusing case study and case investigation.
∎ Any other assignment as and when required by the management/concerned authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 3-5 years’ experience in development sector.
∎ Should have experience on Development organization with the working experience on Gender Based Violence (GBV) and SRHR issues
∎ Technical skill required:
∎ Excellent speaking and writing skills both English and Bangla including typing.
∎ Good knowledge in the utilization of Microsoft Office programs
∎ Acceptance and cordial interaction with a diverse population
∎ Ability to work within a team
∎ Demonstrate project management skills
∎ Having analytical skills and able to plan, evaluate and meet deadlines
∎ Sound knowledge on Gender Diverse Population.
∎ Management framework knowledge and strong Managerial capacity.
∎ Ability to move in Field Office

Salary: Tk. 42454 (Monthly)
