Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and contribute financial planning process including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Collaborate with various functional teams to gather relevant data and assumptions for accurate financial planning
∎ Monitor and control month-wise budget performance, ensuring adherence to financial targets and identifying areas for cost optimization. Collaborate with department heads to track and report on budget variances and recommend corrective actions as necessary
∎ Perform in-depth analysis of the cost of materials, labor, overhead, and process loss to determine the overall cost of manufacturing a product. Compare actual manufacturing cost with standard cost and identify the root cause of variance for future corrective actions.
∎ Utilizing Management Accounting Techniques to Maximize SBU-Wise Business Profitability: An Analysis of Product, Price, and Volume Mix Optimization, and the Impact of Marketing/Branding Programs on Incremental Costs and Profitability
∎ Submit SBU-wise business performance report as per the agreed business performance framework including calculating the actual return of CAPEX projects
