Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall factory accounts management.
∎ Payment budgeting, controlling and maintain individually
∎ Able to lead team and coordinating with Top management and corporate office.
∎ Monitor and manage petty cash to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.
∎ Checking and verify all bills align with company guideline and policy.
∎ Provide fund requirement and collect fund from head office.
∎ Ensure necessary payments with proper approval and guideline.
∎ Confirm transaction summary for the head office to ensure accurate financial reporting.
∎ Prepare daily income and expense reports.
∎ Receive fund requisition from various department and match with factory budget, checking policy and approval as per guideline and send to head office as per timely manner.
∎ Reconcile salary outstanding balances.
∎ Take direct confirmation from party and reconcile outstanding balance regularly with GL.
∎ Reconcile party outstanding balance regularly.
∎ Perform gross analysis of sheet to ensure accuracy.
∎ Petty cash reconciliation with head office in daily basis.
∎ Verify and check the salary sheet to ensure all entries are correct.
∎ Preparation of factory budget with concern of factory head.
∎ Control and track the expenses as per approved budget.
∎ Oversee worker provident fund (PF) related activities.
