∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Management (MBM)
∎ CA/CMA Partly Qualified will give priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all kinds of debit, credit & journal voucher.
∎ To individually handle the Cash Book, Bank Book, Ledger Book.
∎ Prepare party bills, monitor payment collection & account reconciliations.
∎ Manage relationships with party, or other stakeholders related to financial matters, resolving queries or issues as needed.
∎ To control cash management, monitor & control IOU.
∎ Verify the party bills & finalize it for payment according to contact / agreement.
∎ Monitor & reconcile receivables and payable of relevant party
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements daily, weekly or monthly to ensure regularity in reconciliation.
∎ Prepare different financial reports on monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
∎ Monthly VAT Return preparation and submission.
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in using accounting software, MS Office applications, E-mail communication & Bangla typing.
∎ Familiarity with TAX & VAT.
∎ Experience in Inland Vessel, Shipping Agency.
