Job Responsibilities:
∎ The responsibilities of the Asst. Manager – Export (Handicraft) include but are not limited to the descriptions below:
∎ 1) Maintain communication with foreign buyers for handicraft products and collect order and payment from the Buyer.
∎ 2) Ensure Handicraft product sourcing from all over the country. Building and maintaining liaison with different handicraft product manufacturing and supplier organizations.
∎ 3) Work with marketing team for market development, business strategic planning & promotional activities and help the distributors to increase market demand and market coverage.
∎ 4) Generate ideas about present & future market place (Local & International), competitors and trends to ensure a cutting edge strategy.
∎ 5) Analysis of proper buyer demand and ensure timely product availability by smart liaison with product manufacturer/ supplier.
∎ 6) Manage special buyer order, complaints, solve producer and products related problems.
∎ 7) Regular updating the products, market price, competitive quality and ensuring product quality.
∎ 8) Support Banking formalities, Maintain liaison with export related trade bodies (i.e. BAPA, EPB, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Agriculture, Chamber of Commerce, Competitors Companies etc.), monitoring C& F agent on regular basis.
∎ 9) Prepare or check export Documentation (Sales Contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing & Weight List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Musak 20, Bank EXP, C&F documents, BL draft, CNCA, GSP etc) & Office maintenance.
∎ 10) LC & TT Processing, Handling and complete all task.

∎ Must have good knowledge on Handicraft Product.
∎ Capabilities of forming, leading & motivating the team.
∎ Strong inter-personal relationship, communication and leadership skills
∎ Innovative and pro-active in taking initiatives.
∎ Able to work under pressure independently.
