Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, supervise, and ensure smooth operation of all electrical systems, machinery, and power distribution
Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot electrical faults in production equipment
Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment
Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and spare parts planning
Manage technicians and electricians, ensuring safety and work quality
Coordinate with production team for uninterrupted operations
Support new machine installation and factory expansion projects
