Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall responsible for Department-Unit.
∎ Lead the ideation, development, and execution of creative marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business and sales objectives.
∎ Develop new, inventive strategies for reaching target audiences and maximizing brand visibility to increase sales.
∎ Collaborate with designers, content creators, and video editors to produce what the audience wants and high-quality engaging organic digital content.
∎ Continuously analyze and optimize digital content to improve results and ensure goals are met.
∎ Identify emerging trends and audience expectations in digital marketing, and proactively integrate them into campaigns.
∎ Provide creative solutions to challenges, always aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes.
∎ Collaborate with the team to innovate new ways of improving productivity and efficiency.
∎ Cultivate a culture of persistence and creativity within the team, encouraging innovative thinking and a results-driven mindset.
∎ Details knowledge about all digital platforms, technology, and computers.
∎ Demonstrated experience in driving online sales, increasing e-commerce revenue, and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
