Frozen Food Export
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the planning, coordination and distribution or movement for Frozen Food gobally.
∎ Mantain communication with foreign buyers & Collect order and payment from the Buyer for Frozen food.
∎ Measure the export demand for every month, giving the order to factory as per demand and monitoring Production position.
∎ Schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.
∎ Work with marketing team for market development, Business strategic planning & promotional activities and help the distributors to increase market demand and market coverage.
∎ Support Banking formalities, Maintain liaison with export related trade bodies (i.e. BAPA, EPB, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Agriculture, Chamber of Commerce, Competitors Companies etc.), monitoring C & F agent on regular basis.
∎ Prepare Export cash incentive and related documents within required timeframe.
∎ Prepare or checking export Documentation (Sales Contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing & Weight List, Certificate Of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Musak 20, Bank EXP, C&F documents, BL draft, CNCA, GSP etc) & Office maintenance.
∎ Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to experience in export department of any reputed Frozen food beverage company.
∎ Knowledge of global Frozen market.
∎ Proficiency in English and Computer literacy (MS OFFICE) is mandatory.
