Expert on Microsoft Office package especially Power point presentation.
High level of English proficiency (both verbal and written) and Bangla efficient typing is mandatory.
Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
Proven experience in planning and organizing training programs.
Candidates with foreign/special course on training will get preference.
Job Context
Ambala Foundation a non-profit and non-political organization which MRA License no: 00350-01308-00086, has been working in Bangladesh since 1994 with over one million people, their families and communities at the grass root to national level in the field of microfinance, human rights, governance, health, education, income generation, environment, women and children development, cross cultural communication etc. To achieve the organizational goal a few dedicated and energetic professional needed at Training team to enrich the capacity and quality of workforce who will contribute to achieve success of organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Build a training culture within the organization and assess training needs as well as develop comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) of different staffs (core and projects).
Assist in preparing yearly training calendar, training budget, training venue management, logistical support etc.
Conduct training program including pre-training, and post-training evaluation.
Prepare the summary report on the basis of pre & post-assessment tests of the training.
Monitor & facilitate `Orientation` sessions and arrange on-the-job training as well as off-the-job training.
Prepare different training modules especially on Microfinance Program (MFP).
Initiate different employee engagement programs to create an inspiring work environment.
Maintain database for employee training and assist in preparing reports to ensure ROTI(Return on Training Investment).
Preparing training materials and ability to recognize training needs with necessary documentation and related activities.
Ensure 100% trainee enrollment for various training courses.
Conduct data analysis of all technical programs to identify & eliminate gaps.
Plan and organize workshop by guest trainers.
Preparing different motivational document.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Preference will be given to those have very good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
Optimistic, having can-do attitude.
Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Management.
