Experience:
To achieve sales revenue and market share targets for the Bangladesh Region by
promoting the hospital and all types of surgical modalities products with special focus
initially on Neurosurgery, spine, and Trauma surgery products to Hospitals, doctors/
specialists, patients/end users, etc.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the customers. Developing good relationship with surgeons of all modalities of surgical fields like Neurosurgery, Orthopedic surgery, General Surgery, Urology, Gyne & Obs, Opthalmology, Cardiac Surgery, ENT etc..
Understanding competitors activities in the market and capable to respond accordingly.
Developing account penetration strategies for both private and public sectors, proper product positioning and presentations etc.
Make market mapping and find the opportunities from the mapping and work accordingly.
Analyze the market potential and take actions accordingly.
Implementing processes in work for making funnel for all opportunities across
The Bangladesh market and work based on that funnel.
Maintain continuous communication with the existing and prospective customers to ensure support and services at all times.
Synthesizes all market informations to make strategic decisions with the help of full team to win business.
Collaborate with functional experts and business leaders to identify gaps of working and planning and take actions accordingly.
Implemented monthly reviews, on field training to improve effectiveness of the team.
Conduct market development programs to adopt new technologies for generating new leads.
Organize customer engagement programs in home and abroad.
Partnering with different surgeons’ association in Medical education program with
cadaver, live surgery, CME, and workshops.
Share updated technological advances and other information with the customer.
A strong background in working in Govt hospitals, CMSD, DG Health, and DGDP will be an added advantage.
Preparing necessary bidding documents for public sector and private procurement process.
Arranging programs for existing and prospective customers to spread the technologies for safer surgeries for patients and better outcomes for the surgeons.
To strengthen the Application support functions of the business with emphasis on application support for existing and new installations in both pre-sale and & post-sale scenarios.
To arrange and give a dry demonstration of all products to the prospective customers.
To support live surgeries in the OT with our available products.
Attending 2-3 OTs weekly to support customers’ live surgery and self-learning.
