• To achieve sales revenue and market share targets for whole Bangladesh region by promoting Hospital and all type of surgical modalities products with special focus initially on Neurosurgery, Spine and Trauma surgery products to Hospitals, doctors/ specialists, patients/end users etc.

• Developing good relationships with surgeons of all modalities of surgical fields like Neurosurgery, Orthopaedic Surgery, General Surgery, Urology, Gyne & Obs, Ophthalmology, Cardiac Surgery, ENT, etc.

• Implement monthly reviews on field training to improve the effectiveness of the team.

• Developing account penetration strategies for both private and public sectors, proper product positioning and presentations, etc.

• Understanding competitors’ activities in the market and capable to respond accordingly.

• To arrange and give dry demonstration of all products to the prospective customers.

• To support live surgeries in the OT with our available products.

• Attending 2-3 OT every week for supporting surgeons in live surgery and for self-learning.

• Implement a monthly review on field training to improve the effectiveness of the team.

• Conduct market development programs to adopt new technologies for generating new leads.

• Organize customer engagement programs at home and abroad
