Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Projects and Maintenance, Repair (including Replacement) and Operation (MRO) Business in the region.
∎ Responsible for sales funnel management, Key Account Management and Business development in the region.
∎ Develop and implement actions as per strategic plans & sales objectives.
∎ Provide sales forecasting and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ Focus on Core industries and expand customer base.
∎ Focus on Customer needs and Customer relationship management.
∎ Analyse competition activities in the region and devise effective strategies to capture market share.
∎ Product presentations / Demo, participation in customer events & exhibitions to promote the product and service portfolio.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) with 6-8 years Sales experience in Industrial Valves / Pumps / Automation Industry preferred.
∎ Experience in Selling Control, ON-OFF, Butterfly & Ball Valves preferred.
∎ Market and Customer experience & exposure to Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Refining & Petrochemical and Metal & Mining industries preferred.
∎ Experience in handling Large EPCs & OEMs in Oil & Gas, Refinery & Petro-chemical industries is preferred.
∎ Proficient in handling Microsoft tools is mandatory.
∎ Should have handled Major Accounts, Corporate customers and familiar with Account Management.
∎ Willing to travel extensively across assigned territory. Should have handled business to corporate customers. Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s) of Direct Selling & Marketing Company, Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Industrial Machineries (Pumps, Separator, Valves, Automation, Instrumentation etc.)
