• 3 to 7 years of relevant sales experience

• Experience in a Real Estate Company will be preferred

• Only Male candidates are allowed to apply

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

• Willingness to work in the field

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and target-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Sales) for a reputed Real Estate Company.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales activities for real estate projects (apartments/plots)

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales strategies

• Develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities and report to management

• Maintain proper sales documentation and prepare regular sales reports

• Coordinate with management and team members to ensure smooth sales operations

• BDT 50,000 – 70,000 (Negotiable based on experience and performance)
