Responsibilities & Context:
The purpose of this job is to prepare, analyze, and develop product promotional plan, enrich product portfolio through drive sales growth.
- Product demand and supply planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive effective brand animations and brand promotion items prepare.
- Prepare the complete marketing budgets for the category and ensure they are managed within the given parameters.
- Prepare crop wise product promotional plan to ensure product liquidation.
- Visit field to ensure product promotional plan implementation.
- Visit marketplace to observe the promo program feedback and for any change adoption required.
- Perform market research to enrich product portfolio for upcoming product needs.
- Analyze and appraise sales methods, costs, and results.
