• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Good knowledge of the real estate market

• Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Execute marketing plans, including social media, email campaigns and events.

Manage budget for marketing campaigns and track expenditure.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to convert them into sales opportunities.

Conduct property presentations and explain features and benefits.

Ensure achievement of own sales target.

Assist clients in buying process, including installment options.

Maintain records of sales, client interactions.

Prepare periodic report on own marketing and sales activities.

Assist in preparing sales presentation, proposals and agreement.

Participate in exhibitions, events and trade shows to promote properties.

Any other task assigned by Supervisor / Sr. Management.
