Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 05 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 1 years in internal Audit role.
∎ Proven experience in managing and delivering complex civil engineering projects.
∎ Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D etc.).
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
∎ In-depth knowledge of local and national building codes, environmental regulations, and construction standards.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and participate in visits to various field, offsite, and office locations.
∎ Develop and implement strategies for construction project execution aligned with the company’s objectives.
∎ Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
∎ Prepare detailed project reports for senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations.
∎ Inspect and ensure the quality of finishing work as per project specifications and standards.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
∎ Verify the responsibilities and outputs of team members to ensure accountability.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
∎ Bill checking, estimation and reviewing the budget.
∎ Conduct comprehensive engineering investigations and prepare reports with recommendations.
∎ Observe the work of the project Eng, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Time to time inspect and test construction materials and finishing materials to ensure compliance with specifications (BOQ/design & Drawing)Observe on-site construction activities to ensure quality control standards are met.
∎ Administration of all Civil Related works under the guidance of the team.
