• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate, Developer

• Minimum of 05 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 1 years in internal Audit role.

• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex civil engineering projects.

• Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D etc.).

• Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• In-depth knowledge of local and national building codes, environmental regulations, and construction standards. 

• Plan and participate in visits to various field, offsite, and office locations.

• Develop and implement strategies for construction project execution aligned with the company’s objectives.

• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

• Prepare detailed project reports for senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations.

• Inspect and ensure the quality of finishing work as per project specifications and standards.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of finishing activities.

• Verify the responsibilities and outputs of team members to ensure accountability.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.

• Bill checking, estimation and reviewing the budget.

• Conduct comprehensive engineering investigations and prepare reports with recommendations.

• Observe the work of the project Eng, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

• Time to time inspect and test construction materials and finishing materials to ensure compliance with specifications (BOQ/design & Drawing)Observe on-site construction activities to ensure quality control standards are met.

• Administration of all Civil Related works under the guidance of the team.
