Educational Requirements:
∎ CA-CC (Knowledge / Certificate level preferred).
∎ Post-Graduation Degree in Accounting from Public University / National University.
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a competent, smart, result-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, honest & sincere person for our Accounts & Finance Department.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform and control the full Internal Audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
∎ Determine Internal Audit scope and develop annual plans.
∎ Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
∎ Prepare and present reports that reflect Internal Audit results and document process.
∎ Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement.
∎ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
∎ Maintain open communication with management and Internal Audit.
∎ Checking and verifying vouchers comply with Internal policies to ensure daily transactions.
∎ Ensure that the organization is complying with relevant laws and statutes.
∎ Provide particular advice to employees regarding issues found and how to remediate them.
∎ Document process and prepare Internal Audit findings memorandum.
∎ Conduct follow-up audits.
∎ Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.
∎ Other tasks as and when required by the Head of Finance and the Management.

∎ Practical job experience for a minimum of 07 years in "Internal Audit".
