Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead effectively to the payroll team.
∎ Handle HRIS software like KORMEE, EPCOM, etc.
∎ Issue ID cards to new joiners to track attendance & active payroll. And ensure BGMEA employee's insurance.
∎ Maintain all kinds of leave records in the system like (CL/SL/EL/LWP/MLV etc.).
∎ Monitor punch missed and manual attendance updates after physical verification.
∎ Ensure any queries of staff and associates about tax, wages, deductions, and attendance as well.
∎ Process company's payroll every pay period.
∎ Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law-2006, Rules-2015 & International law.
∎ Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
∎ Determine the organization's tax obligations by calculating according to national and council taxes as well as national Insurance contributions.
∎ Monitor monthly incentive approval and apply incentive calculation.
∎ Confirm weekly and monthly Incentives.
∎ Check and confirmed maternity payments and maternity-related cases as per policy and law.
∎ Prepare all kinds of final settlement bills and confirmations.
∎ Conduct internal audits periodically on IR & recruitment.
∎ Participate in cross-audits within the group and support customer audits and any payroll audits.
∎ Update compliance-related documents based on requirements.
∎ Maintain and update personnel files both hard and soft copy (EPICOM).
∎ Propose yearly increments, promotion finalization based on the management decision and performance appraisal and after due process send for management approval.
∎ Follow strongly and implement the company's policies and laws.
