Responsibilities & Context:
To generate leads, focus on priority product segments and conduct corporate sales calls with proper follow-up.
To build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and minimize competition.
Act as the key link between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
To identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
To prepare progress reports, forecasts, and key account metrics for management and stakeholders.
Lead and guide the team to achieve KPIs set by the unit head and drive performance improvements.
