Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and monitor the accounting functions across the group to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Analyze annual budgets against actual performance to provide insights.
Prepare strategic reports for management, synthesizing data from financial statements and other sources.
Regularly review and monitor sales, stock reports, and the status of receivables and payables.
Develop and present ongoing production efficiency reports based on factory operations.
Ensure internal controls and compliance in all financial transactions.
Recommend improvements in management control systems, specifically in accounting and audit functions, to enhance operational efficiency.
