Job Description
Ensure timely release of Biotech and MAbs products to meet market demand.
Conduct testing of all raw materials and finished products related to Biotech and MAbs drugs.
Perform cell line revival, passaging, and maintenance of various cell lines.
Prepare SOPS, STPs, and other GMP documents as required.
Conduct and monitor GMP and SOP training for departmental staff.
Oversee calibration and qualification of all instruments in the Biotechnology Department.
Ensure proper laboratory waste management in compliance with safety guidelines.
Maintain and manage laboratory reference standards and working standards.
Carry out departmental self-inspections and ensure Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) are maintained at all times.
Ensure availability of all required reagents, consumables, and materials.
Supervise other operational and administrative activities as required.
Carry out other responsibilities assigned by management
