• Honors/ Masters from Reputed University, most preferably from Agriculture/Botany/ Horticulture background.

• Knowledge about Gardening, Landscaping & Plantation.

• Experience of working at resort, hotel, golf garden, park or war cemetery will be given advantage.

• Develop and implement long-term/short term/ seasonal landscaping and plantation strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of landscaping projects, including new installations and renovations.

• Provide insights to enhance landscaping scopes; Mowing, Edging, Cleaning & Installations.

• Supervise gardeners (100+) regarding Planting, Watering, Fertilizing, Pruning, Weeding, Pest and Disease Control & Monitoring Plant Health.

• Develop and manage budgets for landscaping, plantation, and grounds maintenance activities.

• Provide expert guidance on plant selection, care, and maintenance.

• Ensure the health and vitality of all plants, trees, and landscaped areas.

• Implement sustainable horticultural practices.

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of gardening and landscaping equipment.

• Prepare and manage annual budgets for the department.

• Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness, manage inventory of gardening supplies and equipment.
