Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment inquiries, issues, and updates.
- Address and resolve customer concerns related to delivery schedules, shipment status, and package handling.
- Record and manage customer interactions and data related to shipments.
- Ensure that customer information and shipment details are accurately entered and updated in the system/excel files.
- Monitor and provide updates on the status of shipments to customers on timely manner.
- Coordinate with overseas agents to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues.
- Recording monthly shipment volume for billing purpose.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing service quality.
