Responsibilities & Context:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment inquiries, issues, and updates.  
  • Address and resolve customer concerns related to delivery schedules, shipment status, and package handling. 
  • Record and manage customer interactions and data related to shipments.  
  • Ensure that customer information and shipment details are accurately entered and updated in the system/excel files.  
  • Monitor and provide updates on the status of shipments to customers on timely manner.  
  • Coordinate with overseas agents to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues.    
  • Recording monthly shipment volume for billing purpose.  
  • Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing service quality.
