∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Printing Press
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and manage the staff of the press; monitor the day-to-day activities of the staff to ensure workplace discipline and conduct the yearly evaluation of the press employees;
∎ Examine day-to-day cash book; prepare cash requisitions; prepare & submit financial plans/budgets and financial reports (monthly, Quarterly, and yearly); take necessary action for budget follow-up; supervise recordkeeping; oversee cash and operation of bank accounts;
∎ Look after all assets of the press; ensure & arrange legal compliance support;
∎ Prepare the yearly action plan and take necessary measures to achieve the plan;
∎ Obtain new contract/order for the press from the market; ensure completion of the printing work with quality and deliver the printed materials on time;
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly FIS & MIS report & submit to the authority;
∎ Take necessary preparation to face the internal & external audit;
∎ Ensure compliance with CSS rules for staff employment and retrenchment;
∎ Attend the meetings with GOs and NGOs if required;
∎ Approve the bills, vouchers, and leaves of the employees in the absence of the Press manager;
∎ Perform other activities as per the direction of the authorities;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ At least 4 years of practical/working experience in managing a printing press
∎ Computer literacy is essential
∎ Relevant training will be an added advantage
∎ The candidates should have a valid driving license for a motorcycle.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of the probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e., provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil), etc.
