Overview

You will be responsible for managing sales operations within your assigned region, ensuring the achievement of both individual and team sales targets on a monthly and annual basis. Your role will directly influence project performance, client engagement, and the continued growth of CPDL.

What You’ll Lead

  • Plan and implement an effective sales drive that ensure monthly and yearly sales and review targets.

  • Lead generations for conversion into monthly targeted sales.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media.

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and services.

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

  • Identify the market opportunities for future sales.

  • Maintain an effective communication with prospects/customers that ensure company interest.

  • Keep update on market intelligence.

  • Prepare update on market intelligence and discuss with management.

  • Prepare sales report as per guideline of the department and maintain inventory control.
